Shipping & Returns

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1-2 working days. We strive to deliver all products to you within 1-5 working days no matter where you are in the country. Please note that we only deliver to PHYSICAL residential or business addresses in New Zealand. No PO Box or international deliveries are possible at this time.

All orders are shipped using Aramex couriers (formally Fastway) Track and Trace.

Please allow an extra time for rural deliveries and around Public Holidays.

Note: Additional charges may apply for rural delivery

PICK UPS

If you would like to pick up your item, please specify this when making your order. Please provide sufficient contact information as someone will be in touch to arrange pickup at the earliest convenience.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you believe an item has been supplied in error or has been received damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can remedy this.

RETURNS

Goods supplied in accordance with the Customers order can only be returned with the approval of U-Plan Systems. Requests to return goods must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of goods and evidence of purchase may be required. Sale items are excluded and are unable to be returned.

Where U-Plan Systems accepts a return, the goods must be delivered at the Customers expense back to U-Plan Systems warehouse (2/33 Waipareira Ave, Henderson, Auckland) in brand new condition and must remain in original packaging or be packaged appropriately where applicable. Returned products are the Customers responsibility until they reach U-Plan Systems. U-Plan Systems will not be responsible for goods or products lost or damaged in transit.

Note: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene concerns.
Non-returnable items include:
Personal care items
Toileting products

Bathroom products
Personal hygiene products and equipment
Linen/clothing

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund amount transferred into your bank account.

EXCHANGES

U-Plan Systems will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

The UriBag® is a convenient solution. Its compact storage tube, efficient shape and Latex construction are superior to any existing product for women. In every detail, the UriBag® is an improvement for the user. Light, but durable, the UriBag's snap-lock seal does not leak. It is easily stored and can be used discreetly, sealed, then emptied and washed later.

Many women who are incontinent or who use wheelchairs or who have limited mobility may have difficulty urinating in places that lack special facilities. Traditional products that are used to collect and transport urine, such as hospital bottles, are bulky and conspicuous.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR URIBAG F

  • First remove the cap, and only then slide the latex bag from the tube.
  • After use, the Uribag F can be rinsed with water (preferably hot water), and from time to time with soapy water.
  • Once the Uribag F has been emptied and rinsed clean, re-position the cap by turning it 1/4 and push the air out the bag.
  • Put the latex bag into the tube.
  • Turn the cap back 1/4 and close the cover with a click.

 

INFORMATION FOR URIBAG F

  • If you will not be using the Uribag F for a longer period of time, you should ensure that inside of the latex bag is dry.
  • For reasons of hygiene, you are advised to keep your Uribag F strictly for your own personal use.
  • People with a hypersensitive reaction to latex should not use the Uribag F.
  • The Uribag F should be exposed to ultraviolet light (daylight and sunlight) and oily substances as little as possible.
  • Do not allow the Uribag F to come into contact with sharp objects, and do not handle the Uribag F with chemical agents and/or greasy substances.
  • The Uribag F has a maximum content of approximately 1200 ml.
  • The liner is made of latex, a 100% natural product. If used frequently, wear may therefore occur sooner.
