Shipping & Returns



We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1-2 working days. We strive to deliver all products to you within 1-5 working days no matter where you are in the country. Please note that we only deliver to PHYSICAL residential or business addresses in New Zealand. No PO Box or international deliveries are possible at this time.

All orders are shipped using Aramex couriers (formally Fastway) Track and Trace.

Please allow an extra time for rural deliveries and around Public Holidays.

If you would like to pick up your item, please specify this when making your order. Please provide sufficient contact information as someone will be in touch to arrange pickup at the earliest convenience.


If you believe an item has been supplied in error or has been received damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can remedy this.


Goods supplied in accordance with the Customers order can only be returned with the approval of U-Plan Systems. Requests to return goods must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of goods and evidence of purchase may be required. Sale items are excluded and are unable to be returned.

Where U-Plan Systems accepts a return, the goods must be delivered at the Customers expense back to U-Plan Systems warehouse (2/33 Waipareira Ave, Henderson, Auckland) in brand new condition and must remain in original packaging or be packaged appropriately where applicable. Returned products are the Customers responsibility until they reach U-Plan Systems. U-Plan Systems will not be responsible for goods or products lost or damaged in transit.

Note: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene concerns.
Non-returnable items include:
Personal care items
Toileting products

Bathroom products
Personal hygiene products and equipment

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund amount transferred into your bank account.


U-Plan Systems will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
